Golf Club Trade-In Program
Golf & Ski Warehouse has partnered with Global Golf® to provide you with the opportunity to trade in your golf clubs through our website. Using the Global Golf® Price Book, you can determine the trade-in value of your own clubs right here online. Once you are ready to trade in your clubs, we will send you a UPS Return Shipping Label at no charge and you are on your way!
Please follow these simple instructions to process your trade:
Determine the trade-in value of your golf clubs
 Log onto the Global Golf® Price Book to determine the value of your clubs*. You will need to know the brand, model, and condition of your clubs to correctly determine the value.
Once you have filled out all of the necessary information, print out the trade quote sheet provided by Global Golf®. You can use this quote sheet to process your trade in any of our retail stores or online.

*Only clubs found in the Global Golf® Price Book will be taken in trade. Trade values are only valid up until the expiration date provided by Global Golf®.
Place your order
Process your order online or by calling our online store manager, John Dodds, at 1-603-298-5913 (ext. 112). The amount of this qualifying purchase will determine whether your trade will be processed as a credit to your credit card or as a Golf & Ski Warehouse Gift Card.
Remember, your price quote sheet can also be presented in any of our retail stores up until the expiration date.
Process your trade
Call John Dodds, online store manager, at 1-603-298-5913 (ext. 112) to set up the return of your clubs. John will send you a UPS Return Shipping Label at no charge when he ships you your order.
Please have the Global Golf® price quote sheet handy when you contact us.
Ship us your clubs
Once you receive the UPS Return Shipping Label, carefully box up your clubs and bring them to the nearest UPS shipping location. Please include a copy of the Global Golf® price quote in the box.
Receive credit for your trade
Once your clubs arrive at Golf & Ski Warehouse, we will inspect the clubs to make sure the brand, model, and condition match the information provided on the quote sheet. Golf & Ski Warehouse reserves the right to adjust the value of the clubs if we feel the information provided on the quote sheet is inaccurate. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you immediately.
If the final trade-in value is less than or equal to the amount of the qualifying purchase, Golf & Ski Warehouse will credit your credit card for the full amount of the final trade-in value.
If the final trade-in value is greater than the amount of the qualifying purchase, the difference between the trade-in value and the qualifying purchase will be issued in the form of a Golf & Ski Warehouse Gift Card.
If the clubs are not returned within 14 days of the qualifying purchase*, the full value of the trade-in will be issued in the form of a Golf & Ski Warehouse Gift Card.
*Returning the clubs after 14 days may also result in the reevaluation of the clubs’ value based on current pricing in the Global Golf® Price Book.
